Twin Ports Children Services, Inc. is a corporate foster care agency established in 2017 that serves youth between the ages of 5 to 21 across four locations in the Duluth area. Twin Ports Children Services provides quality residential services to children with developmental disabilities, behavioral challenges, and other various conditions. We seek to defend and promote the quality of life of each child we serve through the encouragement of physical, social, psychological, and spiritual growth while focusing on the unique capabilities of each person to meet their potential. In our efforts to meet and exceed the needs of our clients, we encourage and challenge our employees to grow to their greatest potential, and we collaborate with individuals, families, and agencies that support our clients.
